Did you know that you need to have your Retention tank checked annually to make sure that everything is working correctly?
This is especially important if you are looking at selling your property as it is often a legal requirement to have an up-to-date PS3 to prove the system has been checked.
We have a set rate of $230.00 including GST to check your tank and pump system to ensure it is still working correctly as per the original design.
This includes cleaning out any dirty filters and issuing you with a PS3 producer statement as soon as the invoice is paid.
If we find any issues with the system, we will give you a quote to correct them before carrying out any repairs. This will be additional to the set rate of $230.00 which will still need to be paid if you don’t proceed with any additional repairs.

Please confirm if it is an under-ground tank or above ground tank? If it is under-ground, is the lid into the tank accessible?

- Installation of all private sewer and stormwater drains.
- Supply and installation of all inground and aboveground Retention and Detention tanks.
- Installation of cesspits.
- Installation of soak holes, recharge pits and soakage trenches.
- Supply and installation of Ecoflow E/One grinder pumps and Pump-up stations.
- Removal of excess spoil form site using our own 4 and 6-wheeler trucks.
- Testing and issuing of PS3’s for Retention tank systems when it comes time to sell.
